Who We Are
The Fidelis Partnership is a risk allocator and the world’s largest independent managing general agent (“MGA”) platform. We originate, underwrite and allocate global (re)insurance risks to a panel of partner insurers, reinsurers, Lloyd’s syndicates, consortia and institutional investors that provide us with underwriting capital (“Capacity Providers”) including Pelagos Insurance Capital to whom we allocate the majority of our business.
We operate through hubs in London, Bermuda, Dublin, Abu Dhabi and Miami, supporting our continued expansion into High Growth Markets. In 2025, we wrote $5.4 billion of premium on behalf of our Capacity Providers across more than 150 lines of business. We specialise in differentiated distribution, emphasising local production sources and relationships.
We also offer portfolio management services, including portfolio and capital optimisation, exposure management, outwards reinsurance structuring and purchasing, and claims handling. This is driven by our proprietary technology and AI-powered analytics which support data-driven underwriting.
