Pine Walk Europe SRL is incorporated in Belgium with the liability of its shareholders limited pursuant to the Belgian Code of Companies and Associations; Crossroads Bank for Enterprises registered number: 0752.659.028, whose registered address is at Avenue Louise 65, Box 11, 1050 Brussels, Belgium. It is authorised and regulated by the Financial Services and Markets Authority in Belgium.

Pine Walk Europe SRL trades as Pine Walk Europe (Ireland Branch) in Ireland and is regulated by the Central Bank of Ireland for conduct of business rules. 

Fidelis Opco Limited, trading as Fidelis MEASA, is a private company limited by shares incorporated in the Abu Dhabi Global Market with company number 17331 and whose registered office address is at Unit 26, Level 7, Al Maryah Tower, Abu Dhabi Global Market Square, Abu Dhabi, UAE. It is authorised and regulated by the ADGM Financial Services Regulatory Authority (Financial Services Permission Number: 240024) to conduct Insurance Intermediation and Insurance Management Activities. 

Shelf Opco Bermuda Limited is incorporated and registered in Bermuda with company number 202201144, whose registered office address is at Clarendon House, 2 Church Street, Hamilton, Pembroke, HM11, Bermuda and is authorised and regulated by the Bermuda Monetary Authority (Firm Reference Number: 202201144).

Under these Terms, The Fidelis Partnership and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained on this Website, and all such rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited  licence only, subject to the restrictions provided in these Terms, for purposes of viewing the material contained on this Website.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under any applicable law, such unenforceability or invalidity shall not render these Terms unenforceable or invalid as a whole, and such provisions shall be deleted without affecting the remaining provisions herein.

The Fidelis Partnership is permitted to revise these Terms at any time as it sees fit, and by using this Website you are expected to review such Terms on a regular basis to ensure you understand all terms and conditions governing use of this Website.

The Fidelis Partnership shall be permitted to assign, transfer, and subcontract its rights and/or obligations under these Terms without any notification or consent required. However, you shall not be permitted to assign, transfer, or subcontract any of your rights and/or obligations under these Terms.
