Sustainability
We want to do more than what’s required. We aim to directly contribute to and influence meaningful change.
At The Fidelis Partnership, we strive to be different and make a difference – this also applies to our approach to sustainability. We embed sustainable practices across our underwriting, investment and operations as well as entrenching it within our ethos and culture. We want to have an impact here and now, through incremental tangible actions. We believe this leads to a better risk and return profile for our business, and better long term returns for our stakeholders.

Our Commitments
We seek to add value not only to our customers and investors but also to consider a broader range of stakeholders, including society as a whole.

ESG Disclosures
The Fidelis Partnership believes that developing and maintaining a diverse and inclusive organisation is critical to its success.

Underwriting
ESG considerations are embedded in our daily underwriting process. We have clear underwriting guidelines covering a range of key issues and apply these on a risk-by-risk basis.

Responsible Operations
We calculate our carbon footprint by capturing data from our corporate operations in order to enable carbon offsetting company-wide.

We seek to reflect the diversity of the societies in which we operate, so that we are better equipped to spot opportunities and anticipate risk.
DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

The Fidelis Foundation
Fidelis strongly believe in supporting our local communities and charities that operate in them and around the world. We aim to directly contribute and influence meaningful change through charitable giving as well as adopting mentoring programmes for some of the charities we support.
