Fidelis MEASA was licensed in 2024 in the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM), an award-winning international financial centre in the heart of UAE’s capital.

Fidelis MEASA is an integral part of our strategy to drive growth outside of the traditional G7 markets, where we see strong demand for our specialist (re)insurance solutions. 

In addition to sourcing business across the full suite of products which TFP and Pine Walk underwrite, Fidelis MEASA focuses on the following areas of business:

• Treaty reinsurance mostly in the GCC/MENA region covering main proportional bouquets and whole account XOL on a follow basis, catastrophe XOL and Structured layers with an ability to quote and lead the latter
• Strategic initiatives where governmental or quasi-governmental departments are key stakeholders looking for solutions that deliver added value to the economy overall through bespoke insurance products
• Large schemes involving clients who play a critical and distinctive role in their economies, typically characterised by a diverse and substantial portfolio of insurance needs
