Upstream Energy

At The Fidelis Partnership we provide niche Upstream Energy products including excess of loss ‘Named Windstorm Only’ and Decommissioning Bond solutions for our clients with assets in the Gulf of Mexico. Our sponsored MGA Kersey offers more conventional Operational and Construction coverage in the Upstream Energy market.

Downstream Energy

We also provide Insurance & Reinsurance for Operational Downstream Energy / Power & Utilities risks. Downstream Energy scope includes Oil & Gas & Petrochemicals Refining, Processing, Marketing & Distribution. Power & Utilities encompasses both Conventional & Renewable Energy Power Generation assets. We provide coverage for All Risks of Physical Loss or Damage and Business Interruption with a preference to attach excess of Critical Natural Catastrophe and CBI sub limits.

We are committed to driving forward anti-coal initiatives, we look to shape change by not offering insurance to companies to support coal extraction or to generate energy using coal.

Renewables on/offshore

The Fidelis Partnership provides cover for both the construction and operational phase of renewable energy projects globally. With a particular focus on the offshore market, we can deploy meaningful capacity to support physical damage and business interruption risks across wind farms, grid connection projects, and interconnectors.  Our onshore offering covers solar and wind projects worldwide, providing cargo transit, CAR and OAR insurance to our clients on a quota share or excess of loss basis.

Our cross-class capabilities allow us to offer matching terrorism capacity where required.
