The Fidelis Partnership and Pine Walk open landmark new office at Grace Hall, London
The Fidelis Partnership (“TFP”) and its MGA platform, Pine Walk, are pleased to announce the launch of a new hub at London’s historic Grace Hall.
Located on the north side of Leadenhall Street and first serving as the London headquarters of New York family-owned banking firm Grace & Co from 1927, the Grade II listed building reopens this week.
Situated moments from Lloyd’s, the new office celebrates the value of relationships in the London Market and reflect TFP’s belief in the importance of person-to-person underwriting. Grace Hall’s iconic Banking Hall will become a Broker Lounge, providing a brand new forum for brokers to meet with underwriters from both TFP and Pine Walk MGAs. Its layout will facilitate confidential conversations while also providing an inviting space for brokers to network with their peers.
The new location also reflects Pine Walk’s rapid growth and momentum, as well as the value of collaboration across TFP’s underwriting platforms to build bespoke and holistic solutions for clients. Pine Walk employees will relocate from its existing site on Lime Street. Navium will occupy the first floor, with the remainder shared among other Pine Walk MGAs.
Founded in 2017, Pine Walk currently has 16 MGAs under management (with a further launch recently announced - Mezura Capital press release), providing custom underwriting, operational and regulatory frameworks to support specialist and innovative underwriting offerings. In 2025, Pine Walk launched five new MGAs and grew its GWP to $1.0 billion, up from $0.9 billion in 2024.
Michael Davern, UK CUO & Group Head of D&F Property and Energy of The Fidelis Partnership, commented: “Opening this office at the historic Grace Hall is another milestone moment in the outstanding growth of both TFP and the Pine Walk platform. We’re incredibly excited to welcome our broking partners to the Banking Hall at Grace Hall; in renovating Grace Hall we are bringing back a storied City location while creating a space that embodies our groupwide focus on cultivating collaboration.
“The ability to cross-sell products across our diverse lines of business and to build bespoke specialty solutions is a key strategic priority for TFP and a core characteristic of our underwriting leadership. We also believe strongly in the unparalleled value of person-to-person underwriting and negotiating. At Grace Hall’s Broker Lounge, this collaboration will take centre stage as we continue to solve critical and complex market needs with nimble and creative underwriting solutions which we can allocate to our capacity partners and consortia.”
