The Fidelis Partnership appoints Marcus Taylor as Head of Strategic Relationships

HAMILTON, BERMUDA — 20 April 2026 — The Fidelis Partnership (“TFP”) is today pleased to announce the appointment of Marcus Taylor as Head of Strategic Relationships.

Marcus joins TFP from Aon, where he was a reinsurance broker in its Global ReSpecialty division, and brings over 25 years of experience across US, UK and APAC reinsurance markets. He previously held the role of Executive Manager, International Reinsurance at IAG, including serving as CEO of their reinsurance operations in Singapore and Malaysia. Prior to this he held a range of positions within Aon's Reinsurance business across Chicago, London and Australia. Before rejoining Aon in 2020, he was Head of Reinsurance (Asia Pacific) at Ed Broking, now part of The Ardonagh Group.

At TFP, Marcus will work closely with Richard Coulson, Group President – Strategic Partnerships, to support the execution of the firm’s broker strategy with particular responsibility for deepening key strategic relationships. He will also be responsible for supporting TFP’s high growth markets strategy, working collaboratively across both TFP and MGAs on its Pine Walk platform to elevate underwriter relationships with external distribution partners across markets including Asia, the Middle East and Latin America.

Marcus joins today and is based in London, reporting to Richard Coulson.
