The Fidelis Partnership appoints Oliver Dlugosch as Group Head of Aviation
HAMILTON, Bermuda, 19 November 2025 – The Fidelis Partnership (“TFP”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Oliver Dlugosch as Group Head of Aviation.
Oliver brings over 25 years of underwriting experience in commercial insurance and reinsurance, specialising in Aviation with a particular focus on Major Risks, General Aviation and Space. He joins TFP following almost two decades at Swiss Re, where he held a number of senior underwriting positions, most recently Head of Aerospace for Swiss Re Corporate Solutions. Oliver began his career at GE Insurance Solutions in 1997, later serving as its Head of Aviation Direct Airlines & Manufacturers.
Oliver has a global track record of underwriting leadership, having spearheaded teams from London, Munich, Zurich, the US, Australia and New Zealand. In June 2025, he completed a two-year term as President of the International Union of Aerospace Insurers (IUAI), having served on the IUAI’s Executive Council for more than 10 years.
At TFP, Oliver will report to Richard Coulson and is responsible for driving the continued growth of TFP’s leading specialty offering across Aviation, and Space. He joins in December and will be based in London.
