The Fidelis Partnership launches Adroit, a new US SME casualty reinsurance MGA

Pine Walk, the specialist MGA platform of The Fidelis Partnership ("TFP"), is pleased to announce the launch of Adroit Underwriting Limited ("Adroit"), a new Bermuda-based MGA focused on US small and medium enterprise (SME) casualty reinsurance.

Adroit will provide disciplined, data-driven reinsurance solutions across a broad suite of US casualty lines, including Medical Malpractice, Cyber Liability, General Liability, Construction (Architects & Engineers), Public Entity, D&O/E&O and Lawyers Legal Liability. Capacity will be provided through TFP's Syndicates 3123 and 2126 alongside third-party carriers.

The business will be led by Jeff Markowski as CEO & CUO. Jeff brings more than 20 years of US casualty treaty experience, most recently as Director of Underwriting at Peak Re, North America. Jeff is joined by Derrick Holmes as CFO & COO, who brings over a decade of reinsurance finance and operational experience, including responsibility for agent operations with Peak Capital Ltd., and significant ILS market experience to support a growing investor appetite in casualty risk.

With the launch of Adroit, Pine Walk has now established 18 businesses on its market-leading platform, providing custom underwriting, operational and regulatory frameworks to support specialist and innovative underwriting offerings.
