The Fidelis Partnership strengthens Bermuda presence with senior appointments

The Fidelis Partnership ("TFP") is pleased to announce a number of senior appointments* as it continues to strengthen its footprint and capabilities in Bermuda.

• Greg Bowman has been appointed CEO Bermuda and will become a member of the Group Executive Committee. Greg has been with TFP since 2023 and will also continue with his responsibilities as Group Head of Ceded Reinsurance, having relocated to Bermuda in June.
• Mark Herget has been appointed CUO Insurance Bermuda, Deputy Group Head of Property and Head of Property Binders, and his responsibilities will include leading TFP’s Property Binders growth strategy. Mark, who has been at TFP since 2020, was previously Deputy Group Head of D&F Property, Energy and Construction.
• Danny Mereu will become Deputy CUO Bermuda, overseeing all Bermuda analytics for TFP, including portfolio performance. Danny has been at TFP since 2023 and was previously Group Head of Property Underwriting Analytics and Pricing.

These appointments follow a number of senior hires, promotions and Pine Walk launches in Bermuda. These include the appointment of Helen Wilson as CUO Reinsurance Bermuda, who begins her role in January, Sarah Ching as Senior Underwriter, International Property, and the establishment of Mezura Capital Partners, a capital solutions MGA led by Shireen Gammoh, and Adroit Underwriting, a US SME casualty reinsurance MGA led by Jeff Markowski.
